About Field Ready for Humanitarian Innovation

مؤسسة الابتكار الإنساني في الميدان هي فريق متعدد التخصصات يضم مهندسين وممارسين إنسانيين وخبراء تنمية،
يعملون على معالجة التحديات المجتمعية من خلال الابتكار. منذ عام 2016 نعمل في شمال غرب سوريا وتركيا،
وفي عام 2025 تم تسجيل المؤسسة رسميًا في سوريا كمنظمة مجتمعية اجتماعية.


Field Ready for Humanitarian Innovation is a multidisciplinary team of engineers, humanitarian practitioners, and development specialists dedicated to tackling community challenges through innovation. Since 2016, we have been active in Northwest Syria and Türkiye, and in 2025 we were officially registered in Syria as a social community organization.

ثانياً: وصف المشروع
Project Description

تعمل المؤسسة على إنشاء مختبر ابتكار هندسي في جامعة حلب لتمكين الطلاب والمبتكرين السوريين من تصميم وتجريب
نماذج أولية لحلول تلامس التحديات الإنسانية ومجالات التعافي. سيوفر المختبر وصولاً عمليًا إلى أدوات تصنيع رقمي
متقدمة، وتُعد ماكينة التشغيل CNC عالية الدقة أحد الأصول الأساسية في المختبر.


Field Ready is establishing an Engineering Innovation Lab at Aleppo University to empower Syrian students and innovators to design and prototype solutions for local humanitarian and recovery challenges. The lab will provide hands-on access to advanced digital fabrication tools, with a high-precision CNC milling machine as a core manufacturing asset.

يتم تنفيذ المشروع بالشراكة مع جامعة حلب لضمان استدامة المختبر على المدى الطويل، وتشكل هذه المناقصة خطوة أساسية
لتزويد المختبر بالإمكانات التقنية المطلوبة لتحقيق أثر ملموس على أرض الواقع.


The project is implemented in partnership with Aleppo University to ensure long-term sustainability, and this tender is essential for equipping the lab with the high-precision capabilities required for real-world impact.

تعلن مؤسسة الابتكار الإنساني في الميدان – سوريا عن طرح مناقصة لتوريد
ماكينة تشغيل وتحكم رقمي واحدة فقط (CNC Milling Machine)، وذلك ضمن جهودها لدعم عمليات الابتكار
والتصنيع المحلي في مختبرات الابتكار الهندسي.


Field Ready – Syria (Field Ready for Humanitarian Innovation) announces the launch of a tender for the supply of one CNC Milling Machine as part of its ongoing efforts to support innovation and local manufacturing within engineering innovation laboratories.

تهدف المناقصة إلى تزويد مختبر الابتكار في كلية الهندسة الميكانيكية – جامعة حلب بماكينة متطورة قادرة على
تنفيذ أعمال التشغيل الدقيقة اللازمة لتطوير النماذج الأولية والأجزاء الهندسية لمشاريع الابتكار.


This tender aims to equip the Innovation Laboratory at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering – University of Aleppo with a modern, advanced CNC machine capable of performing precise machining operations required for developing prototypes and engineering parts.

تدعو المؤسسة الشركات والموردين المؤهلين وذوي الخبرة في توريد معدات التحكم الرقمي إلى تقديم عروضهم الفنية والمالية وفقًا
للمواصفات والشروط المرجعية (ToR) المعتمدة.


Field Ready invites qualified and experienced suppliers specialized in CNC equipment to submit their technical and financial proposals according to the required specifications and Terms of Reference (ToR).

رابعاً: الجدول الزمني للمناقصة

سابعاً: ملاحظة هامة
Important Note

يجب أن يتضمن العرض تحمّل المورد كامل المسؤولية عن النقل، التخليص الجمركي (إن وُجد)، الشحن، والتأمين، حتى تسليم
الماكينة جاهزة للتشغيل في الموقع المحدد.


Bidders must ensure full responsibility for transportation, customs clearance (if applicable), shipping, and insurance until the machine is delivered fully operational at the specified site.

عاشرًا: الملحقات المطلوبة / Required Accessories

يجب أن يشمل العرض الفني جميع الملحقات الإلزامية المذكورة في وثائق المناقصة (مثل فكّة التثبيت الدقيقة، Edge Finder،
Z-axis Tool Setter، مؤشرات القياس الرقمية، مجموعات الكوليت، أدوات القطع، محور رابع، وأدوات القياس والتنظيف).


The proposal must include all mandatory accessories listed in the tender documents (such as precision vice, edge finder, Z-axis tool setter, digital indicator, ER20 collet set, cutting tools, 4th axis rotary table, and cleaning/measurement tools).
